Return and Refund Policy for E-commerce Packaging

1.Damaged Packaging:  If the packaging materials are damaged upon receipt by the customer, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost. Customers must notify us of the damage within [36] Hours of receiving the package and provide photographic/Video evidence of the damage.

 

2.Incorrect Packaging:  If incorrect packaging materials are shipped to the customer due to an error on our part, we will offer a full refund or send the correct packaging materials at no additional charge. Customers must notify us of any discrepancies within [24] Hours of receiving the package.

 

3.Defective Packaging: If the packaging materials are defective, such as leaks, tears, or other issues that compromise their functionality, customers may return the items for a full refund or exchange. Customers must notify us of any defects within [2-3] days of receiving the package.

 

4.Return Instructions: To initiate a return or request a refund for packaging materials, customers must contact our customer service team at [flipkart@picknpack.co] to obtain a return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

 

5.Refund Process: Refund should be within 7 working day, for refund/ exchange videography must without videography. refund process will be rejected.

 

6.Responsibility for Return Shipping: We will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of damaged or incorrect packaging materials. However, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for other reasons, such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong items.

 

7.Conditions for Returns: Packaging materials must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and unopened, to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
